891Mall wish you enjoy shopping here, online purchases are valid for return, credit or refund within 30 days from delivery.

Please kindly note the following policy for Return and Refund:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return                                                       

Return request can be made by email to us at service@891mall.com , must be made within fourteen days of receiving your package, and we shall inform you our office address in Hong Kong to send back.

Return cannot be accepted more than 30 days after delivery to you. Send the return parcel and email us the return proof, such as tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, etc., we do not accept a return without reason or communication.

The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items.

Product exchange requests are subject to availability, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (including duties, taxes, customs fees that may be levied by your country) are non-refundable.

Refunds(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Generally, it takes 7 to 15 business days for your account to be credited.

If you do not receive your order within 60days after payment, please write us at email service@891mall.com for a full refund.
